Join Jo Mitchell, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, for a welcoming Saturday morning class at Mind & Body Studio.


Iyengar Yoga focuses on alignment, precision and stability, helping you build strength, balance and flexibility over time. The class can be challenging at times, but you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer and more centred.

  • Alignment-based Iyengar Yoga practice

  • Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis

  • Props used to support correct posture and make poses more accessible

  • Improve strength, flexibility and balance

You don’t need to be flexible to start - just come along and give it a try.
