Join Cheryl and the team at Linton Lane Centre for their Walk ‘n’ Talk Group - a friendly, welcoming way to get moving and meet new people.

Every Thursday morning, the group heads out from the centre for a gentle walk around some of Kirkcaldy’s loveliest spots. It’s the perfect chance to enjoy the outdoors, boost your mood, and make new friends.

After the walk, everyone returns to the centre for tea, coffee, and filled rolls  the ideal way to end a morning well spent! 🌿
