Kirkcaldy parkrun is a free, fun and friendly weekly 5k event open to all ages and abilities. Whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or cheer from the sidelines - you’re welcome.

It’s not a race and there’s no pressure. Come along at your own pace and be part of a brilliant local community.

📝 How to join:

• Register once online at parkrun.org.uk

• Bring a scannable barcode (phone or printout)

• No barcode = no time, but you can still take part

☕ After the run:

Many participants head to Kirkcaldy Golf Club afterwards for a post-parkrun coffee - everyone’s welcome to join.
