Love good bread? Curious about sourdough? This hands-on workshop is the perfect introduction to baking with wild yeast.
Join Greener Kirkcaldy for a practical, friendly session where you’ll learn the fundamentals of sourdough baking - from creating and caring for your own starter to understanding ingredients, techniques and how to fit sourdough into everyday life.
During the workshop you’ll:
Bake a loaf using a sourdough starter
Make sourdough cake
Enjoy sourdough pizza for lunch
Try sourdough fizz
Learn recipes for using discarded starter
Ask questions and build confidence in a relaxed setting
This is a beginner-friendly session - no previous experience needed.
Please bring a bag to take your baking home.
