What it is 🌿
A relaxed guided coastal walk along the Fife Coastal Path from Kirkcaldy to Kinghorn.
What you’ll do
Walk along the coast past Seafield Tower
Look out for wildlife, plants, and geology
Optional beach section (depending on weather/access)
Possible beachcombing (sea glass, pottery, fossils)
Option to finish with a coffee/lunch in Kinghorn ☕
Distance & difficulty
Around 2–3 miles
Leisurely pace
Mostly flat but:
Some steeper bits
Sand, rocks, or mud in places
Important info ⚠️
Weather dependent (may be cancelled if poor weather)
Under 16s must be with an adult
No dogs allowed
Not suitable for wheelchairs/pushchairs
Toilets available near start (Morrisons area)
