What it is 🌿


A relaxed guided coastal walk along the Fife Coastal Path from Kirkcaldy to Kinghorn.


What you’ll do


  • Walk along the coast past Seafield Tower

  • Look out for wildlife, plants, and geology

  • Optional beach section (depending on weather/access)

  • Possible beachcombing (sea glass, pottery, fossils)

  • Option to finish with a coffee/lunch in Kinghorn ☕


Distance & difficulty


  • Around 2–3 miles

  • Leisurely pace

  • Mostly flat but:
    Some steeper bits
    Sand, rocks, or mud in places


Important info ⚠️


  • Weather dependent (may be cancelled if poor weather)

  • Under 16s must be with an adult

  • No dogs allowed

  • Not suitable for wheelchairs/pushchairs

  • Toilets available near start (Morrisons area)


What to bring


  • Comfortable walking shoes 👟

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Water + snacks


Getting back


  • Option to:
    Get train/bus back (your own cost)
    Or walk back independently

  • Free but must book in advance

  • Optional donation if you want to support the organisers
