Join Scott at the Centre for Positive Change for a guided Akashic Records workshop, offering a peaceful space to explore meditation, spiritual connection and self-reflection.

During the session, participants will be guided through a series of practices including breathwork, visualisation, movement and mantra to help calm the nervous system and support a deeper meditative state. The workshop aims to help attendees connect with higher consciousness and gain insight into their personal journey.

Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket, cushion or anything that helps them feel comfortable, while mats, blocks and bolsters will be available.
