Nourish Support Centre is a lifeline for families across Fife who are caring for children and adults with additional support needs. Based in the Mercat Shopping Centre, the centre provides a warm, welcoming space offering emotional support, peer groups, activities, and practical help for families who need it most.

Their team also run the attached Nourish Charity Shop, which helps fund their vital work - ensuring families feel understood, supported, and never alone.
