Glynis offers practical, straight-talking, fixed-fee advice on all aspects of HR and Employment Law, providing clarity and reassurance when it matters most. Her services span everything from HR projects, contracts, policies and handbooks, to investigations, hearings, meetings and senior leadership advice.

She also provides full Employment Tribunal preparation and representation, acting for both Claimants (employees) and Respondents (employers), alongside pre-claim support including ACAS Early Conciliation, settlement discussions, senior exits and executive matters.
