Ruth’s Sing & Groove is a Mental Health Warriors weekly session designed to lift spirits, build confidence, and get little ones moving.

Children will learn fun, simple dances to their favourite songs - and even pick up the lyrics along the way.

It’s all about joy, movement, music, and making friends in a relaxed, welcoming space.
