Andy’s Man Club Kirkcaldy provides free, confidential peer-to-peer support groups for men aged 18+. These sessions offer a safe, non-judgemental space where men can talk openly, listen, and feel less alone - no pressure, no fixing, just support.

Groups run weekly and are open to any man, whether you’re going through a tough time, struggling quietly, or simply want to connect with others who understand.

There’s no registration, no referral, and no cost - you can just turn up.
